Jane Iredale “Live in Full Bloom” Event (Plus a Giveaway!)

As Emily mentioned the other day, we were invited to an amazing event hosted by Jane Iredale at a beautiful flower shop in Midtown Manhattan, Florisity, in honor of their new PureMoist Lipstick launch.  This lipstick, as Emily already raved about, feels incredibly moisturizing and nourishing on your lips, and the pigments are rich and saturated.  I love every color I’ve tried so far!  A few of my favorites are Margi–a creamy, matte true red; Kaylee–a creamy, matte nude that’s perfect for everyday wear; Lily–a sheer pink coral; and Brooke–a rich rosy pink that transitions nicely from the fun bright colors of summer to the more rich, sophisticated colors for Fall.  We received a lip definer in Spice as well, and it really gives all the lipsticks more staying power, plus can change the shade of the lipstick quite a bit, as demonstrated in the picture below that was on display at the event.  In fact, Emily’s favorite thing is to play with the liners and lipsticks.  She says, “what I LOVE about these is really the lip liners and the way they can really affect the color of the lipstick– it’s like making my own lipstick color every day!”
