Happiness in a bottle (and you can win it!): Malaya Organics

There’s a bakery by my house that often puts out a sandwich-board sign reading, “You can’t buy happiness, but you can buy cupcakes, and that’s kind of the same thing.” Well, I’m all for the occasional cupcake, but there’s only so many times a month (week?) one can eat cupcakes without going into sugar shock. So what’s a girl to do when she’s had her daily allotment of caffeine, and it’s just not the time for a cupcake? I’ve been looking for that special, mid-day treat that can perk me up without side effects or consequences, and…. I’ve found it! It’s a bottle full of happiness!

We met Malaya Organics‘ founder, Katya, along with a thousand other brand-creators at the Indie Beauty Expo last month, but Katya stood out because she’s just so genuinely kind and nice. Then, we actually tried her products– she gave us little samples at the expo– and, wow, both Jordan and I fell in love with the whole Malaya line! It’s truly exceptional.

So which product is my personal Happiness in a Bottle? It’s the Citrus & Bloom Body Oil, and oh my goodness, I can’t stop smelling it.
